Mermibridg: Derbyshire, United Kingdom; I am passionate, sensitive, spontaneous, romantic and a touch unusual. I can think nearly as fast as I can type. I'm an animal lover and have a dog (border collie) and two cats. I am a typical cancerian in that I'm loyal, maternal, and like creature comforts while being a little oversensitive. I am a good listener, open-minded, unconventional and nice. I love meeting new people who are a little quirky or just from a different walk of life. I prefer people who are open-minded, non-judgmental, considerate and polite. I want a life full of new experiences and new places - its all about variety, contrast and making memories. Favorite things: Being outside in the rain, hot chocolate with rum in front of an open fire, fast paced conversation, doing new things, my adorable puppy, chocolate (dark), radio 2 saturday morning comedy, Eddie Izzard, Robert Heinlein, cuddles. I think the softest touch is truly underestimated, that love should be free and unlimited, that we don't know what we've got until its gone and that there is more beauty in the world than we ever really notice or deserve. Oh, and I'm a zoologist by training but have a masters in statistics!
